The Western Hudson Yard Development Project aims to establish a dynamic urban environment seamlessly integrating residential living with commercial, recreational, and communal elements, fostering a sense of community and well-being. The structures will feature cladding with brick, wood, low carbon concrete, and tinted insulated glass for both aesthetic appeal and functional performance. The design incorporates topography changes, raised medians on 11th Ave to ease traffic, plazas, and private/public courtyards for recreation.
