White Mocha is a contemporary, eclectic café that offers vegan and non-vegan options.  The space is divided into five areas: the dining area, kitchen, office, patio, and restroom. 

The building will be constructed with non-combustible materials such as steel and concrete. Decorative acoustic panels are placed throughout the dining room to address noise levels and create an enjoyable dining experience.

The space is open with clean lines, minimalist architectural features and a warm color scheme of yellow, red and earth tones. Terracotta tiles and brass accents are used throughout the space, as well as M-shaped doors to connect the branding leads to the patio.
